Refunds and cancellation

Cancelling

Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. You keep the plan until then; that period is not refunded. The workspace then moves to Free, where positions can always be closed.

Changing plan by card

The new plan starts immediately at its full monthly price. The part of your current month you have not used is refunded to your card, calculated by the exact time left and rounded down to the cent.

Paying in crypto

• An upgrade during a paid month is charged the new price less the unused part of the current month.
• A move to a cheaper plan is bought once the current month has ended.
• Crypto payments cannot be refunded automatically. Where a refund is owed it is sent by hand, to an address you provide, from our payment processor.

Failed payments

If a card renewal fails, your processor retries it and your plan continues meanwhile. If it cannot be collected, the workspace moves to Free. You are never prevented from closing a position because of a billing problem.
