Check an MT5 order before you send it.

Type the bid, ask, stop, stops level, point, and volume rules from the account's symbol specification. The notes below are arithmetic on those numbers. They are not a broker answer. A preflight check cannot guarantee acceptance.

Broker return codes, such as 10016 invalid stops, are the broker's. fxapis error codes, such as ORDER_REJECTED and ORDER_UNRESOLVED, are the API's. Unknown means do not resend. See why an MT5 trade fails and the error list.

  • A buy stop is measured from the bid (1.08410), not the ask.
  • The stop is 110.0 points away, at least the stops level you entered. That does not mean this broker will accept it.
  • Volume sits on the step you entered.
  • Confirm the symbol is the name this account's broker uses. A symbol that works on another account can be unknown here.
  • Broker return codes and fxapis error codes are different. This page does not send an order.
